Linux uses ELF currently
also used by SVR4 / Solaris / OpenServer / UnixWare
only minor hacks required

Linux never used COFF / X.out
means we need new loaders for the other personalities


Linux support plugable binary loaders
allows to easily plug in new loaders
COFF/X.out loaders don't touch any core code
